CAPABILITY 02 / Teams adopting practical AI

AI Agents & Intelligent Systems.

Put AI inside the work, with people in control.

Build assistants and agents that work with approved knowledge, relevant tools and clear permissions. From support and documents to conversational voice systems, the workflow comes first.

The business problem

A model that produces an answer is only one part of a business system. Useful AI also needs reliable context, appropriate actions, evaluation and a route to a person when the answer is unclear.

The useful outcome

A defined AI capability connected to the right information and operating boundaries.

A practical application

An enquiry assistant

Read a request, identify its intent, retrieve approved information and draft the next action for a person to approve.

SCRIPTED AI ASSISTANT / SAMPLE DATA
We need a client portal where customers can upload documents, check project progress and send requests. Can you help us define a first release?

A prewritten example showing the workflow. No model call, email or CRM action takes place.

Illustrative demonstration with sample data. No live client system or external action is connected.

What the scope can include

Concrete work.
Clear deliverables.

The final scope is agreed around your users, systems, priorities and budget.

Core capabilities
01

Knowledge assistants, retrieval and vector search

02

Tool calling and agent orchestration

03

AI voice agents and conversational workflows

04

Evaluation sets, escalation and human approval

Example deliverables
  • Use case, data access map and success measures
  • Knowledge and tool connections within agreed permissions
  • A working assistant or agent with review boundaries
  • Representative evaluations, monitoring and usage-cost visibility
Delivery approach

A clear path through the work.

Working increments, reviewable decisions and a release plan built around the actual requirement.

01

Understand

Map the users, problem, systems and operating constraints. Agree the first useful outcome.

You receiveA focused scope and success criteria.
02

Design

Shape the experience and architecture together. Make the important trade-offs visible.

You receiveA prototype and technical delivery plan.
03

Build & Test

Create working increments, test real scenarios and review progress against the scope.

You receiveReviewable software and validation evidence.
04

Launch

Prepare the environment, release carefully and make the system understandable to its operators.

You receiveA release, runbook and agreed handover.
05

Improve

Use feedback and system behavior to prioritize the next useful changes.

You receiveA next-release backlog and support plan.

A few good questions

A few specifics.

Something else on your mind?

Talk it through
Will the assistant act without approval?

Only where the agreed workflow permits it. We define the actions an agent can take, the information it may use and which decisions require review.

Can you build AI voice agents?

Yes. A voice project can include inbound or outbound flows, knowledge, tool use, handover and call records. Telephony access, usage costs and operating requirements are scoped separately.

Is the demonstration using a live model?

The website demonstration is a scripted illustration. It does not send information to an AI provider or connect to your business systems.
