CAPABILITY 02A / Service, sales and operations teams

AI Voice Agent Development.

A useful conversation needs a reliable system behind it.

Develop AI voice agents for inbound enquiries, appointment requests and defined customer workflows. Connect voice, approved knowledge and business tools with clear handover, testing and usage controls.

The business problem

A voice agent must do more than sound natural. It needs to understand the request, use the right information, handle interruptions and hand over safely when a person is needed.

The useful outcome

A scoped voice workflow that can be reviewed in a controlled pilot before a wider rollout.

A practical application

An appointment enquiry workflow

Understand a service enquiry, retrieve approved information, capture the required details and request a calendar slot. Escalate exceptions to the team. This is an illustrative workflow, not a completed client project.

A prewritten example showing the workflow. No model call, email or CRM action takes place.

A few good questions

A few specifics.

Something else on your mind?

Talk it through
Can a voice agent connect to our existing tools?

Where supported APIs and permissions are available, we can connect calendars, CRM records and internal systems. We agree which actions are allowed and how failed actions reach your team.

Can we start with inbound calls only?

Yes. A narrowly defined inbound workflow is often a useful first pilot. Outbound calling requires a separate review of the audience, consent, geography and operating requirements.

How are call quality and costs assessed?

We test representative conversations, interruptions, knowledge gaps and handover. Provider charges, call volume and concurrency are included in the pilot plan; there is no claim of a fixed universal cost.

Does the website demonstration make real calls?

No. The interactive demonstration illustrates an agent workflow. A working voice pilot requires telephony access, provider configuration and separate acceptance testing.
